These terms are provided for customer clarity and should be reviewed with the final booking terms used by Elevate before full launch.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to enquiries, bookings, training days, tandem flights, gift vouchers, trips and other flying activities arranged with Elevate Freeflight Ltd.
2. Weather and operational decisions
All flying activity is weather dependent. Elevate may postpone, rearrange or cancel a session if the conditions, site, equipment, participant suitability or operational circumstances are not appropriate.
Safety decisions made by instructors or pilots are final on the day.
3. Participant suitability
Participants must provide accurate information about relevant health, fitness, weight, previous flying experience and anything else that may affect their ability to take part safely.
Elevate may refuse or postpone participation if a person is not suitable for the planned activity on the day.
4. Training and progression
Flying training is progression based. Course descriptions and prices describe the intended route, but no qualification, number of flights or outcome can be guaranteed because flying is affected by weather, aptitude, attendance and safety considerations.
5. Payments, deposits and bookings
Payment terms, deposits, balances and booking requirements will be confirmed at the point of booking. A place is not secured until Elevate confirms it.
6. Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are subject to availability, suitable conditions and any validity period stated when purchased. Vouchers have no cash alternative unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Cancellations and rearrangements
If Elevate postpones due to unsuitable conditions or operational reasons, the booking will normally be rearranged. If a customer needs to rearrange, they should contact Elevate as soon as possible.
8. Risk
Paragliding, paramotoring and associated activities involve inherent risk. Elevate manages risk through instruction, equipment, judgement and operational procedures, but risk cannot be removed completely.
9. Images and media
Photographs or video may be taken during activities. Please tell Elevate before the activity if you do not want images of you used for promotional purposes.
